True Financial Independence
Logan, UT-President and founder of the Cache Valley Area Investors Association Preston Parker, wants to help individuals work a job they truly love while becoming financially independent.
Lots of Americans work at jobs they hate, while never becoming financially independent.
"There are enough jobs in America where you can find a job you love," Parker said. "Our association is here to help individuals become financially independent through passive income."
Passive income is money you make without working for it, such as investments and gifts.
The goal of the association is to help individuals use there passive income to cover their expenses, while educating members on making smart financial choices.
The association has 50 members, and is open to everyone who has a desire to become financially independent.
There are hundreds of similar associations nation wide, however this is the first of its kind in Cache Valley. Membership is free, and the association meets every Thursday at the Cache Chamber of Commerce building located at 160 N. Main Street in Logan, Utah.
